By booking an appointment or making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Consultation Fees

All consultation fees are charged for the professional time and expertise reserved for your appointment. Fees may vary depending on the type and duration of the counselling session.

2. Appointment Cancellation

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ prior notice.

• Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, at our discretion.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.

3. Missed Appointments (No-Show)

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the consultation fee will generally be non-refundable, as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

5. Online Consultation Issues

If an online consultation cannot be completed due to:

• Technical issues on our end,
• Unexpected service interruptions,
• Provider-related scheduling issues,

you may be offered:

• A replacement appointment, or
• A full refund, depending on the circumstances.

If technical issues occur on the client’s side (internet connectivity, device issues, software problems, etc.), refunds may not be available. However, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule where possible.

6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment or have been incorrectly charged, please contact us immediately with your payment details.

Once verified, the excess amount will be refunded.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

Actual processing times may vary.

8. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Completed counselling or therapy sessions.
• Missed appointments without prior notice.
• Services already delivered.
• Digital resources or downloadable materials, if provided.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.
